New Category Pages for Bucket Pins, Bushings, Undercarriage and Breaker Parts

We have reorganised the product side of jlexcavator-parts.com so that the four part families buyers ask about most — bucket pins, bucket bushings, undercarriage and hydraulic breaker parts — each start from one page. Each of those pages links out to the sizes and machine references held in the catalogue, so it is quicker to check whether a specific diameter or model is covered before sending an enquiry.

Assorted steel excavator bucket pins and bushings in several diameters arranged in rows

What has changed?

  • Pins — one entry point for bucket, arm, boom, link and cylinder pins.
  • Bushings — plain and flanged bushings for bucket ears, H-links, and boom and arm eyes.
  • Undercarriage — track chains and links, rollers, idlers, sprockets, track shoes and adjusters.
  • Breaker parts — chisels, tool bushings, retaining pins and bars, seal kits and damper components.

Why group by part family rather than by machine brand?

Because that is how wear parts are actually specified. A bucket pin is defined by diameter, length and retaining type. A bushing is defined by outside diameter, inside diameter, length and flange or oil-hole arrangement. Neither is defined by the colour of the machine it is fitted to, and a diameter made for one brand is frequently the correct fit for machines from three others.

The catalogue still supports the brand route where that is more useful, but a buyer who has measured an old part and knows only the dimensions can now start from the family page and work outward.

What is on the bucket pin page?

Pin references across the common diameter range, from 25 mm upward, with the application and machine references for each. The pages distinguish bucket pins from arm, boom and cylinder pins, because they are not interchangeable — length, retaining arrangement and, in some cases, surface treatment differ between positions. Greasable and shimmed arrangements are listed where they apply.

What is on the bushing page?

Plain and flanged bushings by outside diameter, inside diameter and length, including oil-hole and groove positions. The page separates bucket ear bushings from boom and arm bushings and from H-link and bucket-link bushings, since these are the positions where wear shows up first and where replacing the wrong one leaves the joint loose.

What is on the undercarriage page?

  • Track chains and track links by pitch and machine reference.
  • Track rollers — single flange, double flange, carrier and top rollers.
  • Idlers and idler assemblies.
  • Drive sprockets and sprocket rims.
  • Track shoes and pads, including rubber and road-liner options.
  • Track adjusters and tensioners, plus the bolts and nuts that hold the shoes on.

Because undercarriage wears as a system, the page is written to be ordered from as a set rather than as individual components.

What is on the breaker parts page?

Chisels by shank diameter and tool type, tool bushings, retaining pins and bars, through-bolts, seal kits and damper components. Breaker parts are ordered against the breaker model rather than the carrier, so the page is organised by tool shank size with the compatible breaker references listed alongside.

How should you use these pages to raise an enquiry?

Five lines are enough for us to confirm fitment before quoting:

  1. Machine make, model and, where you have it, serial number.
  2. The OEM part number if it is still legible on the old part or in the parts book.
  3. Measured dimensions — pin diameter and length; bushing outside diameter, inside diameter and length.
  4. Quantity, and the position on the machine the part fits.
  5. Destination port, so shipping can be quoted with the parts.

A photograph of the old part next to a rule saves a round of questions. It is also the quickest way to resolve a part that has been ground, painted or re-stamped beyond recognition.

What has not changed?

Same address, same products, same team. JALE is a manufacturer and exporter of excavator parts based in Shandong, China, supplying bucket pins and bushings, bucket teeth and adapters, undercarriage components, hydraulic parts and breaker wear parts. The category pages are a navigation change on our side, not a change in what we supply — if a part you ordered before is no longer obvious from the home page, the family pages and the site search will find it.

Existing enquiries already in progress are unaffected. New enquiries can go through the contact form on the site, and the same technical questions apply: send the machine reference and the dimensions, and we will confirm what fits.
